Sitka Apex/MR Pop Up 28/MR Treehouse

First, I can get a good discount from both these companies so I would like to stick with MR or Sitka.
I am looking at day hunt situations at the moment. Want something comfortable and durable that will carry my gear comfortably. I like the idea of the Pop Up to haul meat if I am ever way back somewhere I can quarter up the deer as compared to dragging it all the way out.
I am just tore what to do, wish I could afford all three and be done with it.
Anyone had experience messing with these and stuck on similar options!
