Unfortunately I live in the only state which requires cash or check, which makes zero sense, as I buy hundreds of dollars worth of raffles from all other state and conservation agencies every year.

Pretty sure you have to print it and send it. I didn't see where you can finish that form online

I have Adobe Pro on my work computer which allowed me to fill it out and email it to Terry Ziehl.

If you don’t have that, you’ll probably need to print, then scan and email or just mail it but the window of time for the latter is closing quick.

I actually ended up using my girlfriends computer that had Adobe Pro on it. I hope she doesn't see how much i spent on tickets lol.
