Yes. It may have started 8 yrs ago, right? Stacking the SCOTUS is essential. One more brick in the wall, and it may be a fait accompliYou know it was started in the past 4 years, right?
"Not yet" seems to imply yes is on the horizon. This choice to not hear means not even 4 of the 9 thought this was in need of review/reversal. So it means no, now, but it doesn't suggest there is any momentum towards, yes later.
Anything could change, but the odds are less today than they were yesterday - and no new information to assume the end is near for PL in the courts. It is more likely that congress gets involved and makes a mess. I would worry about the HofRep more than SCOTUS.
All the same, nothing is resolved either. We know what the intent is and we know this won’t be the last attack. They have a window or opportunity and I expect them to try to use it. It will interesting to see if Utah goes the normal route and how rigorous the Admin’s defense is.
