Every airbag deployed with the exception of the passenger dash airbag. The curtain airbag certainly saved my head and should as I hit the driver door window really hard. Not sure on crumple zones. Elk was a small 3x3 or 4x4 and he flew like 30 or 40 yards. And he got drug off in the night by something.
