Moosie...those sea birds are cool onna wall but don't even think about bringing a limit home to chew on...gotta be some of the n-a-s-t-i-e-s-t tasting crap I've ever (since my single college days that is ;) )ate in my life.

Would make coots seem like a delicacy!

Uhhhhhhh do ANY ducks taste good ?!?!?! ;)

It's all about the Enjoyment of hunting, the Pictures, and the Wall when it comes to ducks...... my friend.

LOL Fecl, I needed to go back and see if I mispelled Sea. Sometimes I make a spelling error or two ;)

Good point! We make jerky or sticks out of 90% of the birds (ducks & geese) we take but the scoters, bluebills, etc. we took were not worth packin' home!

...they do dress up a wall though! ;)

We're only allowed to have 2x the daily bag limit in possesion. (So 10 total) Althuogh I think if we cut the breast out of them they aren't consdered a bird any more so that might work.

I am interested. Post the recipe bud !!!

Save all your birds from the season and make sausage out of them at the end.
