Schedule for buying pref points only?

I know Wyoming starts July 1st. Which other states sell pref points only without having to enter the draw, and are any of them coming up in the next couple months? Thanks!

OR but you need to buy a license. Not worth the nearly $700 to hunt Elk as a nr in my opinion.

Montana and South Dakota. Believe you can buy points until the end of September in both of those states. Not sure when the purchase period starts though.
