Rut heating up in MT

That certainly gets the blood racing. 4 days until the big tin bird gets me state side.
The temperature seems to be dropping considerably in the next couple of weeks. Does this hinder or help the rut??

It seems to encourage the bulls to talk more during daylight hours. At least in my experience. IMO - Warmer temps and they seem limit themselves to the darker hours but, what do I know..... Plus, cooler weather just seems to make things "feel" right while chasing these guys.

For a flat lander like myself, cooler makes it more manageable chasing them in the mountains and hills.
