I'm looking for a Ruger American full length .223 take off barrel. I have a Ranch model and want a full length barrel. I figured to swap out a barrel before replacing the rifle.

Well, that was next on my list. What is the twist? I have a #1 in 22-250 but it is 1:14 . It won't stabilize the heavier copper bullet.
