Sad to see that Jeff Spira passed away. He was inspirational for the DIY boatbuilder community. I still plan to build a 17 or 19 foot Katchemak V bottom dory one of these days when I can afford a motor for it!

This guy sold me a set of plans, and it went fine. I made another order from him and he ghosted me and stole my money. Be cautious.

I’ve been a little leery. It’s copy righted material and he has not bought the company. There is also a fraudulent website out there trying to look like it is authentic. I’d hate to lose the Spira designs as they were truly made for the DIY friends among us.
