Rings ID

Can anyone identify these rings? I don't know where they came from, they've been in my "junk" drawer forever. I'm looking for a set of silver light weight rings to mount a new to me silver Leupold on a stainless Savage 93r17. I have some silver Leupold Rifleman rings but they are to blocky looking. I'm looking for some with a more streamlined look.

I'm pretty sure they are Millets like @mevertsen said. I found a couple other sets on fleabay and they look identical. They also look like they are going to be a major pain in the ass to get them aligned for windage. They appear to be polished stainless.

Can you even do anything for windage with a Pic type rail? If the holes are off you'd need to plug and redrill.

The side clamps allow for sliding the bases side to side as the actual base of the ring is narrower than the rail.

huh? Is there a moving clamp on each side? Sounds like a recipe for issues to me.

Edit: looked at pics again. Looks like clamp screws on both sides into a lug rather than the typical through bolt? odd. That does sound like a PITA. Could put some stresses on a scope tube pretty easily if you're not careful.
