I'm in the process of loading some rounds for my wife's .243, and came across a problem today. I have 50 once previously fired brass prepped and primed, and when I went to seat the bullets, the case mouth had widened enough somehow that the bullets just fall in. I checked the new bullets with some new unfired Winchester brass, and they worked fine. I don't do a ton of reloading and have never had this problem. Does anyone have an idea what might have caused it and maybe a way to fix the brass so I can still use them?
