Are any states saying if they will off refunds or not with everything that's going on?

I've been wondering that myself, especially if they start limiting interstate travel or federal land access. I'm guessing they will just count it as a donation.

I would definitely review each states policy as you apply.

As far as I know only CO offers full refunds.

Good news Nevada will only change you for licensing and tag application no tags will be issued residents or nonresident.

AZ offers a point guard purchase option when you apply for the draw. If you’ve already drawn your tag but cancel you’ll get your points back but not the money. You can however donate the tag to someone and perhaps write it off but idk. Otherwise tough.
