Refund for Montana ??

So I get home tonight and there is a 4:00 check from Mt.Fish&Game ?
I never remember get one before or am I just being forgetful..

Yep, me too. I drew big game combo, but not elk permit.

Elk permit refund. Cost for it is $9, but $5 of that cost is a non-refundable application fee. Therefore, you get a $4 refund for not drawing.

Seems like a dumb refund. Cost em more than the $5 to refund all the $4. Just keep the damn $4 and quit confusing people! I've seen this post 10x by 10 people....lol
