Randy, I loved the article. So much so that I violated my 'Bugle Rule' - I for some reason have to read that magazine cover to cover like a book. I can't skip ahead and cherry pick which articles to read first. But I did this time.
Isn't one of the main sources of funding for Block Management the non-resident fee's in MT? I know that FWP needs funding sources for their regular programs (ie Wardens, Biologists, etc) - but to me the BM program is a direct benefit that hunters can utilize.
