Questions: 1st time Juvenile Cow Elk hunt Wyoming Area 61

Guys,

I have questions for anyone who is familiar with Wyoming Elk Area 61. We will not be guided so the wilderness is out. I have a few friends going to help if needed. I have spoken with the game warden in the zone, but he is very hard to get in touch with at the current time and I have lots of questions.
