Problems posting pictures?

I've been having issues today posting pictures. I keep getting error messages saying "The upload failed because the file could not be written to the server. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded." Then out of the blue things work. Come back later to try again and no luck. Anyone else ever see that?

I sent a message to one of the mods.
I also told them they could rail on me if this issue is due to my incompetence.

Problem solved. That group we've hired to handle the backend and infrastructure is very good.
