Pressure cooking?

My wife bought an InstaPot despite my strong prejudice against the "fad" and I was not happy about it... Now I'm mad about how often I'm using the dang thing, but mostly how often my wife reminds me how much I "hated" them.

The InstaPot is extremely easy and has is more functional than a dutch oven, a slow cooker, and a pressure cooker combined.
