Hey All,

Been a fun summer for me, Figured I would photo bomb the group of some of the enjoyable things I was able to do this summer:


In no particular order:

Started baking, French puff pastry

strawberry rhubarb pie all from the garden:

Made a lot of Indian dished with Venison, here is buttered mule deer with homemade naan:

Made halibut and shrimp Ceviche:

Smoked up some salmon. Didn't go home this year to Alaska, so having to use Costco which had subpar sockeye's this year :(

Started getting fat again looking at the first few pic's. I also like to cook. Nice pictures, not too many trees for sure.
 
Highly recommend heading south into the buffalo gap grasslands as well! Way less people if you enjoy having nature to your self...
Appreciate that input. Actually looking into staying just south of there if we can get reservations in the NE state park that we are looking into
 
I attempted naan this year too, but have to do everything gulten-free for my wife. Didn't turn out like naan, not bad, but not naan.
