A judge that gets it and calls it what it is. Maybe this has been posted already but it’s too good not to see.

Saw this one pop up today. Very creative sentence making the jail time to be served the duration of the hunting season.

Good for the Judge. Better than most cases. That said imo any poaching offense should come with jail time. If every poacher faced 5+ years in jail it would make them think twice.
