Our Daughter and Her usually go about once a year to one of their sales.

That’s my plan for the tartare. Not going to grind the meat though - just dice it, mix in some spices and top it with a raw quail egg yolk. Wish I was closer to you to get some Will. Asian markets in SLC are the closest I can seem to find.

That’s what they’re called around here too, still fairly popular with the German old-timers. Raw ground beef, raw onion and rye bread. (add the onion and some people then call it Wild Cat)
