Air fried parmesan panko crusted halibut with wild rice and fresh green beans.

Burned some apple in my offset and cooked a pork steak over it to go with my sweet corn.

Grilled some sockeye salmon from last summer and wife threw together a chopped salad.

Made some barbacoa…braised some beef cheeks w/ onions, Guajillo chiles, ancho Chiles, arbol Chiles, bay leaves, and a head of garlic. All night at 175.

Made a sauce w the peppers, onions, garlic, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, n rendered beef tallow from braising it.
