Heat and sweet is always a good combo. I toss my wings in honey, then in Frank’s hot sauce after cooking.

I think Franks is the one he recommends in the book. I like hot sauce and honey to dip grilled chicken in too.

My wife and kids had me use hot honey last time on some wings. They were pretty awesome. I smoke my wings for 45 minutes and then deep fry them until crispy.
