Easter: I had planned on venison but I found a good deal on some lamb chops. I went with 3 courses. A platter of Fresh Mozzarella, roasted peppers , olives and prosciutto. Then some Mushroom Risotto and last Lamb Chops and creamed spinach.

Prime rib was on sale this past week. Ham on Sunday, prime rib Tuesday. Good eats so far this week. Ham and bean soup for dinner tomorrow.
