Made the garlic-basil recipe based on your recommendation on another thread. Turned out really good. Going to make some little changes next time but it’s one we will keep doing! Did Hanks Sweet Italian sausage recipe too and like the G-B better!

A back home Rochester, NY staple. The garbage plate.... 2 cheeseburgers, mac salad, some sort of fried potatoes (I used fries, some places use home fries) and a meat hot sauce. I used moose for my burgers and in the sauce that I ordered online and added my own burger to. It doesn't look appealing, but man is it good. Now all I need is a Labbatt's Blue to go with it....

I've done similar sort of a open face chilli cheeseburger minus the mac salad. Not sure about that addition but I like chilli mac so who knows.

I've done similar sort of a open face chilli cheeseburger minus the mac salad. Not sure about that addition but I like chilli mac so who knows.

This isn't chili. It's a meat sauce with different spices in it. Some shops make it spicy, some don't. The sauce I order online is kinda sweet. I don't like it as much, but I can't find a recipe to the original. But, it's better than no sauce lol
