Plate ‘em up

This thread is en fuego this week, wow- that smoked mac and cheese and Mongolian venison looks amazing!
I just followed a video recipe from America’s Test Kitchen in YouTube. I made a couple of changes, used a store bought sauce since I couldn’t source all the separate ingredients to make my own.

It was really good! Almost too spicy though but I put it over coconut jasmine rice.
