Corning a bunch of white-front breasts today, and had a couple of extras that wouldn’t fit. So just whipped up some speck sliders inspired by a Hank Shaw recipe.

OMG. This is easily in my top waterfowl recipes now. Can’t believe I never noticed this recipe before.
