Does anyone else have a hard time remembering all their passwords ? Or do you just blanket the same password for all ?

HAHA, my good friend, I no nigeria from. I have gooder speaking skills and can you money make if you account number give me. Feel safe my brother in arms, my grandfather dies and I need to transfer 1,000,000,000,000.03 to the USA and your acccount I can give you 25%. It's real deal and not some not real thing.

.............. :D

I'm not asking for your Passwords ding dong, just seems with every new site or account a guys opens up there is a password. Some make you have 8 letters and a number as a minimum with a Capitol letter, etc. SERIOUSLY ? If I want my password to be "THE" I should be able to have it that way..... PS, NONE of my passwords are "THE" ;)

It's .03 that makes me believe you. :D

I have 3 or 4 passwords depending on the type of site that I need them for, and then I rotate, switch out to new ones every 4-6 months. For recreational sites, it's usually the same one so I don't forget. Financial sites are usually different.

I used to have a buch of passwords for everything and got tired of having to reset them all because I forgot so I came up with one that I use for almost everything. It's amazing how Many passwords you need these days. Some company's as you stated get crazy with there rules. I have a credit card that makes you have a password that is at least 11 characters long. One has to be a capital letter and you have to use at least one number. Pretty soon they make you write a novel just to pay your bill.:D

there is a free program wherein you can store all your user IDs passwords and the associated web addresses, etc. And it ism you guessed it, password protected. Kind of a wallet for passwords.

go to the below website and download the program. Easy to use, and you can stick it on your computer, a thumb drive, etc. so you always have your passswords...

I try to use the same passwords for most of my stuff or some version thereof, but keep my entertainment passwords different from my finacial passwords. The one that kills me is my work, have to have a capital letter, # and at least 8 characters and then have to change it every two months and cannot reuse one until after 5th password.

Pretty proud of my Yahoo password, got in on the ground floor and only have 4 characters in it.

What if you lose your thumb drive?

Check your sticky notes...

So why would you have a free password site instead of jsut storing it on your phone in a Memo ? Although if you ever loose your phone it would suck.

YAh, I used to have to change my password at work too. Thats crap got old. I have a hard time remembering my current one. So I write it on my monitor. We don't have many secrets at work ;)

used to have to change every 3 mos at work, I think everyone in the shop used Season/Year, it worked, and we seemed to remember our password there. I use the same one for a lot of recreational sites, and if I have to change one, I then try to rotate through and change them all, cause I'm too retarded to remember a bunch.

I have 3 that i rotate every 90 days. I write them down on the inside of my underwear on the elastic band so i don't forget. Get confused once in a while when it says BVD 36.
