Hey All,
So I love reading the old outdoor/hunting stories, and there was one about hunting in Africa that I can't seem to re-find.
The story is about 2 hunters traveling into uncharted Africa in a touring car (thinking it was in the 30's) in search of giant black maned lions. I think it was in what would now be Kenya, but I'm not sure about that. I seem to recall that one of the hunters, not the author mind you, was able to mimic the roar of a lion so well that it frightened their local guide into thinking a real lion was in their camp! It's driving me nuts I can't find the story again!
Anyone have any guesses!?
