"Our" Elk herd

I've posted a few pictures of "Our" elk herd that sometimes runs as many as 20. There's the cows and calf's and a couple bulls including THE BIG GUY as my wife calls him. She spotted a single cow and a REALLY BIG GUY a couple days ago but didn't get a picture. I saw them yesterday but they were too far out to get a decent picture. Stand by though. I'm pretty sure I can get a picture in the next couple weeks. It has been really exciting to watch the herd growing around us over the years. The first sighting was of 2 cows many years ago. Now there's at least 20 and possibly more!

We had the largest herd to date come through Tuesday afternoon. The boss counted 38 but admitted she couldn't see them all at once. I couldn't even get them all in the same picture
