On X military discount

Hey guys,
I was going to renew my onX membership and am having issues getting my military discount ( through IDme) and then I see in the terms and agreements that is only for upgrades and new members.
Am I reading that wrong?
I have reached out to onX but last time it took a week to get a reply.

That seems correct. I have a subscription for OnX that I got from expertvoice and can't renew it with another discount

Pretty sure you can’t renew a discounted subscription until your active subscription expires. Let it expire and then renew through IDme or Expertvoice or whatever.

Call them tomorrow to confirm or maybe they can get it setup to renew at discount, their number is 406-540-1600. They have an excellent customer service team based here in Montana.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the discount doesn't continue for renewals and is just the initial purchases.

I called and had them add it to my account, several years now it has renewed at the discounted rate.
