OHV sticker for Ebike in Montana

For this upcoming general season, there is a lot of BLM/Forester ground i want to take my ebike on. I'm not one of the types to take it on bicycle only trails, so let's get that out of the way. Question is, do I need to get an OHV attacker if I'm only riding on established roadways?

If I ride on a motorcycle trail I think I will get a sticker just to be safe. I just don't want to be illegal.

Everything is illegal now. Dont pick up an arrowhead that illegal. Picking wild flowers, yep.
