Would anyone here have any first hand info on hunting Ocellated turkeys in Mexico? My daughter is getting married the spring of 2023 and they would like to do a turkey hunt for their honeymoon. If anyone can help with an outfitter that they know is reputable and safe I would be very grateful for the contact info. Thanks so much!

Yukkutz Hunting runs a nice operation down in the Yucatan of Mexico. Probably worth your time and money to visit their booth at the NWTF Convention during February in Nashville. Best of luck, TheGrayRider.

Holy cow! That’s a beautiful bird.
Thanks for the info there folks! She is researching this and saving her pennies. It's a crazy expensive hunt but I told her if she doesn't do it for her honeymoon she may never get it done. That was the case for me and my wife going to AK on a land and sea cruise. Never would have happened if we wouldn't have done it for a honeymoon. Turkeys aren't my thing but they get a huge kick out of hunting them in SD so I hope they get this done. Thanks again!

Here's a third recommendation for Yukkutz.
I hunted with them last January and they were great. And have a helluva Lodge to boot.
And TONS of Ocellated turkeys, I shot two.
