Just saw on your favorite news, Fox, hehe, that they are wanting to divert another one of Colorado's rivers so they will be able to provide water for the future. Due to growing concerns of population explosion

Seems this river is the only, or first, to be protected from such destruction in Co. I think they said it was in the northwest portion of your state.

Not sure what you mean by this. As far as I know, the COE is working on the EIS. I don't think the Green River has been "protected".

There is rumor that the guy who dreamed up the possibility of the project shared some details with one of the water districts in Denver, who are now trying to hijack the project from him. Cutting out the middle man, so to speak.
 
I can't remember the name of it...it started with a "p"

They are gonna divert it after it comes out of the mountains and Army Corp Engineers are looking at an area to build a earth dam to store it.
