I am curious if anyone know what the numbers on tag mean? Was i the 1st tag in the leftover draw? Donated it today cause can't make it work with anyone from mid west/east. Thank you to all those that post about donating tags to vets or handicap people (ccc23454). I am never lucky but just wondering.
