Not specific to Public Lands or Hunting - but interesting

I put the odds at zero. It seems logical when you are outside the system that each bill should cover one thing. When you are inside the system it looks different. The current process provides cover, like the comments "It's not a perfect bill but it provides my constituents with...". In the old days it allowed for compromise so everyone got something. (Yes, that is both good and bad, but compromise is dead anyway). Now they just need cover to try to convince a voter that the thing they got is greater than the thing they lost. Or they can ignore that part too...
