I inherited a 22-250 3 years ago and have wanted to load the 60 grain partition for a deer/pronghorn option for my kids to try. Since I began searching for them, they have been out of stock. I gave up looking for them, but noticed yesterday they are available again! Ordered a couple boxes to test. If they won't shoot in my 22-250, should be fine in .223. I'm excited to try them out. Does anyone have experience with this bullet cartridge combo you are willing to share?

Having had good luck with the Partition in larger calibers I'm intrigued with the responses. A quick search on Ballistic coefficients didn't turn a value up for the 60 grain Partition. I'm curious what your twist rate is on your barrel...

It's a slow twist, I think 1-14. I've read on other sites that it will work, and on some that it won't. The gun stabilizes sierra 63 grain at 100 yards. That's as far as I have been able to try those.

I didn’t have any luck with them in my 223 until I switched to 1-8.

They group about an MOA and would be a good sub 200 round. We haven’t killed anything with them yet.
