Got a bunch more flooring ripped out today. Some of the linoleum was a bitch to get up. Probably a half day of work left and then I’ll have some what I can do for now. The blue bathroom is pure 70s.

Last bit this morning. Took about a half day. Tore out the remaining carpet pad and pulled the tack strip.

Now that you’ve got that done, want to come down and tackle the drip irrigation for my wife? I’m over landscaping.
Can relate. I hand dug 250’ of trench last weekend for a brand new sprinkler system that I know next to nothing about. Learning by doing. Hopefully it rains this weekend.
