NM Unit 42

I was hoping someone could give me some information on the NM mule deer Unit 42. I know up till this year it has been primarily private land hunting, but figured with the Sabinoso wilderness opening up maybe that might add some first time opportunities for someone that doesn't have deep pockets, any help would be appreciated, thanks
