NM Unit 34 Late Season

Well How has 34 been this fall? Anyone get out?

My buddy and I called this raghorn in for his brother for an easy 35 yard muzzleloader shot in October. We had bulls screaming all around us. He several were coming and this is the first one to show up

Good luck ! My wife and I hunted the Gila in early December a couple times with muzzle loader cow elk tags before NM discontinued them for nonresidents. Great time of year to be there !!

Arrowed a cow a last day. Saw close to 200 elk throughout the week. A ton of 4x4 and 5x5 bulls. Never found a legal bull. Cows/calfs were in large herds which was fun to see.
