I signed up for a premium subscription a week ago wanting access to the 49er game . When I went to log in they would not accept my pass word..no problem right...just reset. It has proven to be impossible. They are suppose to send a an email to your address...never has happened after several attempts. I have tried all of their suggested remedies with NO results. Finally found a web site offering to cancel my subscription......for a fee of $22.00. THIS IS a colossal rip-off.

I know the NFL package on youtube TV doesn't start until the regular season. Pre season games are still subject to blackout areas.

The pre-season game was on NFL+. They just had my password screwed up and were unable to enable me to reset it. Their web service set up is horrible. I have FUBO and Sling and they both are much easier to navigate.
