CO Dem tyranny reigns supreme in the centennial state. Absolute unchecked power. Gonna divert money and resources from CPW to a firearms licensing scheme and registry. Got a few more awesome gun bills in the hopper currently. Expansion of red flag laws to further erode due process, registration and FFL transfers for all firearm barrels, and ban on NFA items including suppressors.

You might say, well I am just sportsmen and that gun stuff doesn’t really affect me. Well, the CO Dems have something for you too! Ban on any beaver harvest through the legislature. State Senators will likely confirm and place another 2x anti-hunting activists on the CPW Commission soon in this session. Same Dem confirmed commissioners will likely pass fur ban in March, look at all furbearers and cougars in May. And the real beauty, a ballot initiative in the fall to eliminate/neutralize CPW and the commission and replace it with a board of environmental activists from the state universities with no sportsmen or agriculture representation.

Fair point here--why won't Trump correct his anti 2nd amendment statements--or his other staff? The longer it goes without a response FROM THEM--the more it looks like they think rights only apply when they are leading the country.

What I’ve gathered from this thread thus far. I think…

It’s “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”, unless the infringers are OUR infringers. But if the infringers are the other team’s infringers, then we have problems. And as long as they stick to infringing the other Amendments, just not the Second Amendment, we’re alright with infringement. But again, it has to be the right infringers doing the infringing on the right amendment.
