New painting underway

So a lot happened today getting this ready for the turkeys.

It’s almost like a real sunrise in time, as the sun and sky are getting brighter as you progress along.

@mdcrossbow Do you ever sneak something like your bird Jimmy into a far off branch? Something that only you would know that it is there.

Finding turkey placement n pic posted. For some unbeknownst to me 3s in a grouping just look right.

A few minor changes and glaze color coats. Signed and ready for the printer.

I took this pick a couple years ago. I was a bit late getting onto in the woods for a turkey hunt.
I was asked to enter a painting in the NWTF next year and needed a back drop for a couple Toms. So this is just getting underway. Kind of ugly at this stage.
