I was able to get started on my pc...phone did not work, endless death loop. Once I had the account established It works ok. Bit tricky to download a copy of your license from the app, but if you buy through the app. you get an email with a copy.

Registration is supposed to work offline...when you connect later it gets sent in. No more tags...except for trappers I believe.
