New addition to the family

On June 30th my wife and I welcomed our 3rd child and 1st daughter. Isla Monroe Havemeier has been keeping us up nights and I assume she'll do the same in her teens!
Big brothers Vance (6) and Tanner (3) are very proud to show her off.
