Nevada Bull Rifle Tag

I am wondering if anyone has hunted Nevada units 104,108,121 for Elk. I drew the rifle tag the season runs Nov. 6-20. I am hunting with a few friends and family memebers. I will get in the Unit Oct. 26. This will give me nine days before the season starts to locate (Hopefully) the bulls. I have done all the basics with the local Biologists and Outfitters just would like to talk to someone who has had their boots on the ground.

Wow, no one has hunted this unit even for deer?

I am trying to gather some info, however, everyone I have spoken too says go to a spring and sit. You should have no problem getting a bull doing that. However to my knowledge of the area I wouldn't shoot anything smaller than a good 6x6. Being that this area has proly close to the same genetics as Ely east side does.
