Need a good one for ox tail.

Try throwing it into the crock pot with some deer nuts thrown in there too. It makes for a killer soup if you just put a little bit of everything in there!!

I've only had it as a soup, prepared either like a hearty stew-like soup (just like beef stew) or as thinner soup, just like vegetable beef soup.
