NAPF in Italy

Went to Italy to see a concert in Milan. Stopped by Rome for a day and decided to wear my NAPF shirt. Figured this pic was similar to the "Where do you Bugle" pics. Is this the first NAPF shirt in Italy??

As far as I know, yes it is! I will bring it up at our next meeting!

So I am assuming most of the Italians recognized it? Right? Almost all of them?

Heck yeah!!!!

I did manage to pick up a couple cool taxidermy photos while I was there. But no antlered animals.

Rent a car! I found a place a few miles from the airport in Rome called USave that rented me a micro Toyota for $20/day. Parking inside the major cities is a pain, just like any other major city (watch the colors painted on the ground to know if you are allowed to park there or not). But having the freedom to be more than a couple miles from the train will get you access to sights and activities most tourists dont get to see. I was only there for a week but if you have questions just let me know.

Was there last October. Did the car rental as well. Toured a lot of mid to small villages/cities. Weather was pleasant to cool (im from Florida), need any more detailed info pm me.

The only thing I forgot to mention about the car rental is how expensive the tolls are compared to the US. We went from the coast, just south of Naples, up to Milan. So about the entire length of the country and the toll was over 100euros for the expressway.
