I didn’t realize those collars cost so much.

We did a collaring study on bison 20 years ago. Those suckers were $2500 a pop back then.

This is a novel idea. Curious to see how it works.

Until I saw this post I had forgotten we saw an antelope buck with a collar in the southern end of my hunting area.
I didn't know NDOW was coallaring antelope.

A small group of NAPF members assisted NDOW with a translocation in November of 2025. There should be another opportunity this fall/winter.

Collars were being put on animals and solar ear tags were being put on others.
