where is the best place to hunt muleys

I'd have to say the Jicarilla in NM.

MArksmen, The deer section would be better place to ask, But what did you need to know exactly ? State or other location ? I'd be willing to help

Probably Region "G" in wyoming, but there are many other good areas as well. Any western state other than california is a good place to hunt muleys. Steens mountain or Minam units in oregon are some good places also.
