Honestly, for REALLY good Idaho deer you gotta go south, like to St. George!

What are you looking for? bucks or does? if you are looking for big bucks what size 30+ or 25+ width? to pick one spot for a controlled hunt I would see if there were any leftover tags for unit 57. Unit 56 is a general hunt and can hold some respectable bucks. Unit 31 also can hold some good deer but you have to be willing to hike into some very deep dark far away holes to find them.
